We can prepare all the necessary documents for you, and lodge the DA on your behalf through your local council or a private certifier.

 

If your application has met the requirements, we can arrange for the aquirement of approval from a private certifier. However, if your application has been declined, we recommend that you apply for DA through your local council.

 

Did you know?

In 2009, the NSW government announced the State Environmental Planning Policy (SEPP), which allows any house owners with a land area exceeding 450m² to build a granny flat alongside the existing property. By definition, a granny flat is a standalone residential building with a maximum dwelling area of 60m².
